Do you have any gift wrapping or gift messaging service?
Sadly, we have not integrated this service however, all orders are being beautifully packed and dispatched in our sassy maroon box, tied with cream ribbon.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
No gift vouchers available at the moment, working on it.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Orders are not alterable once they have been placed. You may, however, request a cancellation at customercare@sinfullyxme.com immediately and ensure to attach your order number along with it. Nevertheless, orders are processed promptly hence, we can only do our best to cancel before its packed and shipped.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

What if my parcel is lost?
We are not liable for any stolen or lost parcel.
Can I return my purchase?
We do not encourage returns; we only offer size exchanges on the same product. Replacement into alternative goods can only be done if the stock size of replacement goods is unavailable. To exchange, you have to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
